Our Prices & Policies:

There is an old saying: “You get what you pay for.” Nothing could be truer when applied to aviators and instructors. At P.A.S., we feel our prices are very competitive when compared with other companies who offer similar services. We strive to give you the most for your money, while letting you see exactly what your money is buying (quality, experience, professionalism, etc.). Please refer to the Credentials section for more on this subject.

Prices:
Progressive Aviation Services instructors are $795 per day plus expenses (airfare, accommodations, and related). Half-days can be arranged by special request and are $500, plus expenses. Turbine and/or multi-engine and/or CFI-course instructional rate is $895/day, plus expenses. P.A.S. reserves the right to charge an hourly “overtime” fee of $150/hour in instances where a single day’s duty time exceeds 9 hours, either by client request or unavoidable circumstances.

Fun Flight events will generally require an entry fee to cover P.A.S.’s organizational and promotional expenses. Prices will vary based on event, location, duration, number of participants, and combination with other events.

Policies:
Twenty-Five percent (25%) of the training fee is due at booking (based on number of days scheduled). The remainder will be paid upon commencement of the training. If P.A.S. is forced to cancel your training (not likely), your deposit is fully refundable. If the client cancels with less than 24-hours notice, the 25% deposit is non-refundable or, if no deposit was collected, a 25% cancellation fee will be assessed. Cancellations due strictly to weather or maintenance are handled on a case-by-case basis, but are generally not subject to cancellation fees.

All P.A.S. instructors need to be named on insurance policies and/or meet the requirements of the policy's Open Pilot Clause. P.A.S. reserves the right to require a Waiver of Subrogation from your insurance company, as well. Proof of this needs be shown before training can begin.

Acceptable payment methods are: Cash, Venmo, Personal Check or Cashier's Check.

Periodically, P.A.S. will be making specially priced promotions for specific services. Keep an eye on this website for current and future promotions.
